about us.
Hi, I'm Ebony West-Cundiff, CEO of Blended Family Health Care Services (BFHCS)
I am a wife and mother of six amazing children. I am a graduate of The University of Akron with a Bachelor's degree in Interpersonal and Public Communication.
I started this company after owning and operating a childcare center for 10 years. I fell in love with caring for and nurturing individuals to become the best version of themselves. Once I closed the center, I became an Independent Provider. After some prayer, I knew that I was being called to start this agency, so here I am!
Our mission is to create safe spaces where every client, employee, and staff member feels like one big blended family!
I know how deep this company runs not just with the care of others but how far it goes into the family of Mrs. Ebony West-Cundiff. With that, this company is running with genuine love, passion, and care for others. Also with that to me my thoughts I love it. I get along with every employee and staff also the clients. The company Is well organized and most importantly good communication. Everyone here has an opportunity to get raises or even become a house manager but it all just depends on you and how you work and attendance. This company also helps with schooling like supplies etc.. Christmas, Thanksgiving, and almost all holidays. Even the meetings it’s at a good restaurant and we eat for free. This company is awesome. If it was my rating that matters I’ll give it a ten. The company is getting bigger and bigger by the moment.
